Constitution is a main/original law of country. Because in its all states ruling system, shape of rule as well as parliament/legislature, karyapalika, judicature (a court of justice) authority/power is clearly fixation/specification. Among this where mention the collection of fundamental rights of people, objective of rule with policy-regulation is constitution.
